We asked our Starlight families how we could best provide support and they let us know that there is a strong need for some level of financial assistance during the holiday season. Families told us that more than toys, they need the basic of necessities (such as clothes and toiletries) and gift cards for food, pharmacies and gas. This year, over 80 Starlight families have expressed a need for this type of support.

We are reaching out to our community to invite you to partner with us as a Starlight Joy of Sharing supporter. For your contribution you will receive a charitable donation receipt (upon request) and the knowledge that you truly have made a huge difference in a family’s life.

With the help of our Joy of Sharing community partners, LaPorte Moving and Storage and Maple Leaf Self Storage, we deliver all our packages to local MLSS locations for our families to pick up when it is convenient for them. Outside of the lower mainland, all Joy packages are delivered directly to our families in time to make Christmas more meaningful! Thank you Maple Leaf Self Storage!
